Traitors Gate - Spending Shins

Since Traitors Gate will be live-streamed soon its time to tell you about your role within the game.

If you join us for the live-stream over on twitch.tv/traitors_gate you will earn shins as you watch. You gain 20 shins upon joining and an extra shin for every 5 minutes of watch time.

Now shins can be used a multitude of ways via exchanging them to the whisper_network as follows:

• When you want to give a player 1 re-roll to hold for the session
• When I cannot come up with a suitable GM intrusion for a natural 1 
• When you want to create an intrusion
• When you want the narrative to take a certain direction
• When you want to add in a complication
• Blackmail PCs for the next session

You will be entered into a lottery, where you can enter multiple times. When selected by the whisper_network you will be asked to private message myself with your desires. We will try to accommodate as much as possible due to the native lag that is built into Twitch.

Now you may be wondering about blackmail. Each session my PCs will be assigned a task by either myself as the 'Blackmailer', other PCs using the information exchange rules or you. This task is there to test the PCs, to push them to their boundaries. 

If they fail a non PC blackmail, a piece of vital information about their character will be revealed to the group anonymously the next session. I will be going over the blackmail and influence mechanisms in a post later this week.  

If you're unable to catch the live-stream do not despair, You can join the Facebook group. Joining the group will allow you to post NPCs, quests,  cyphers, intrusions and of course even more blackmail material.

Everyone who gets to contribute to the game, will be thanked at either the start or end of each session. I am currently looking for blackmail tasks so either join the FB group and add your suggestion or add one here. It must be achievable within the session, but must be difficult enough that the PCs must go out of their way to do which may throw them into chaos, danger or misfortune.
